A RESPONSIBLE AND ETHICAL INVESTMENT OF COMPANIES TO SOLIDARITY VALUES
Since 2013, OFFICE FUNDS has offered savers an alternative investment offer: the financing of Cooperative Societies (SCOP or SCIC) through the acquisition of participation certificates. This exclusive financing mode offers private and professional investors an alternative to buying shares, or obligations. Cooperatives are based on the cooperative principles of: equitable division, responsibility, solidarity, and collective interest. To subscribe to the participation certificates of Coop, is to make an ethical investment in sustaining the economic development of responsible projects
THE FINANCING MODE
At the time of a social innovation company fund survey, OFFICE FUNDS proposes three financing models in the crowdfunders:
– Investment in equity securities, or in shares of investments that exempt taxes;
– Investment in bonds, proposing vested interests annually or in maturity.
THE ADVANTAGES OF INVESTMENT TYPES
When it comes to equity securities, investors receive interest calculated annually, under 4 – 7 years, these interests are announced in advance at the time of fund raising on our crowdfunding platform. When it comes to obligations, an annual interest rate at maturity (or in short) is also proposed at the time of the fund survey. These interests are received annually or at maturity and investors are reimbursed their investment in a period announced at the time of subscription.
OPERATING EXPENSES
OFFICE FUNDSĀ invoices all investors a commission of 5% of the amount invested to cover the operating expenses and the monitoring of the shares over the duration of the investment.
